Frozen Cheesecake

this is the best cheesecake in the entire world. the entire world. of course it would have a catch (other than not being healthy).... it has raw eggs in it. but seriously people, it's amazing

You Need:

• 3 packages cream cheese; softened
• Pinch of salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 eggs, separated
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs; divided

To Do:

• Combine cream cheese, salt, and sugar; blend well
• Beat egg yolks thoroughly; add to cream cheese mixture along with vanilla, mixing well
• Fold in whipped cream
• Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into cream cheese mixture
• Line bottom of 9 inch pie pan with 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
• Spoon cream cheese mixture over crumbs and cover with remaining crumbs
• Freeze
