i had a request to post the recipe for the chili lime/pineapple chicken, which I will...but it's not really a "recipe" per se... sorry Ginnie :)... it basically was the marinade i used. But this is what I did:
You Need:
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 1 large can of diced Pineapple (1/2 drained)
- 1/2 Bottle of Sauza Tequila Chili Lime Marinade
- Cooking Spray
To Do:
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F
- Spray pan with cooking spray
- Place chicken in pan
- Cover chicken with marinade and diced pineapples
- Cooke for about 20minutes or until chicken is cooked through
So yea, it really was the marinade... which has a bit of a kick to it FYI. It was pretty good though.
I also wanted to post the easiest dessert ever. That came after the meal.

You Need:
- One can (8oz) of crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar
To Do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Separate dough into 8 triangles
- Place Tbsp of chocolate chips on wide end of each triangle
- Roll up each triangle starting from shortest side of triangle
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Sprinkle each with powdered sugar
Some Notes:
- I didn't have powdered sugar, so it isn't a necessity, and they were still really good!
- Mine might have been better a little longer in the oven because the chocolate chips cause it to take longer to cook on the inside.. so watch carefully.
They were a simple, yummy, easy to make treat.
i've seen that dessert recipe w/ choc chips AND peanut butter chips mixed together. YUM!
ReplyDeletei bet it'd be good with nutella too :)
