my husband thanks pinterest daily. i am not sure what has gotten into me, but i have just been cooking and cooking. some of the recipes from this week include:
*i LOVED the sour cream chicken. there were leftovers and really good the 2nd time as well. yum. Joey loved the tomatoes too.
**Joey liked the Ranch Parm better than the sour cream chicken (although he still "looooves" both), and i think i would have liked it better than i did, but i used light ranch dressing. i thought (very incorrectly) that using light wouldn't matter for a marinade. oh but it does. so next time- give me the full fat ranch dressing :) Also, the sweet potatoes didn't get crispy really at all, so i had to broil them at the end for another 8 or so minutes... but they were yummy.
overall, all 4 recipes were a success! so far i haven't made anything from pinterest that we didn't like, so if you aren't on pinterest... JOIN NOW!
