when the cat's away the mice will play

joey is in tampa FL for work this week. not fair? i'd say so. he left sunday morning at 6:30am and returns thursday afternoon. I think this is the longest i've been away from him since being married - 4 nights. it seriously stinks. i seriously miss him. which is funny b/c i was not one to "miss him" when dating... i guess it's different. he is such an integral part of my everyday life it's like a piece of me is missing.. anyway i love him i miss him, sappy stuff is over- sorry if you threw up in your mouth a little.


on a more practical, less vomity level, i miss joey b/c he is my chef :). he makes me dinner every night and so while he's away.... below is dinner for this week (and part of next b/c he is going to san diego then- boo) 

yup. got some chips for chips and salsa, some hotdogs, pita and hummus, pizza rolls, velveta cheese and shells (thank you Terra) and some french bread pizza.. and of course, Gatorade, drink of champs. i know its absolutely ridiculous. but ugh. i hate cooking, especially for one person! so let's hope i dont die of salt overdose or something while he's gone. 


while i was at the grocery store this evening i also bought max a toy. he destroys his toys pretty fast, but i think this was an all time record. 3 min... maybe? anyway, he loves just getting into the toy and tearing it apart, pulling out all the stuffing and throwing it with his mouth. it's cute. and i really am grateful that he doesn't ingest it, but just rips it to shreds.


i had a video i wanted/tried to upload of him ripping it up, but it didn't work. it's on facebook if you're that interested. my guess is. you're not. how you aren't, i dont know. just look at that face  

alright. french bread pizza it is tonight. then i'll paint my nails and watch the bachelor. im outie.
