summer has flown by! we have been busy, busy ever since moving and the summer wasn't really a "break" for us. However, it was a blast. most recently we have been on two vacations... one with the wiegolds and one with the guertlers. so much to do and so much to tell:
The Caymans...
Papa and Mama Wiegold, Joey and I, and Katie and Charlie all flew to the Caymans to celebrate Katie's graduation... it was a blast. This was also the week of my birthday and one night we went out to celebrate. Joey even made one of my favorite desserts... Molten Lava Cake. yum.
My favorite thing that week was sting ray city. we swam with tons of rays and got to hold, and kiss them- it was really fun. then we went snorkeling in two other places after that... one of which we encountered an eight foot hammerhead... quite the adventure.
Deep Creek Lake....
This last week Papa and Mama Guertler, Joey and I, Andrew (+ 2 friends), Briana, and the grandparents all drove to Maryland's Deep Creek Lake. Joey and I took the wiegold's boat and it was a hit! The week was action packed with tubing, white water rafting, water skiing, fishing, horseback riding, games, putt-putt, movies, and more. It was also an adventuresome week and lots of fun.
