so i know this was all very depressing, but there is a light at the end of the twenties. the thirties! ok. not really, because that is just old. okay kidding again. i think the light it perspective, character, and hope. i am living free and easy in MY HOME with my best friend, i love grilled cheese, and for that matter spaghettios. i am actually rested, and get to go on road trips to visit my best friends-whenever i want because i don't have midterms or finals. i can turn up my heat and air conditioning when i want. i can have a dog-done. and i could go on. i guess what i am trying to say is i loved college. i love my twenties. and i can't absolutely wait until my thirties! Each phase in life is a stepping stone for the next. college prepared me for life now. and currently i am being prepared for even more.

the early twenties
...of life that is. stereotyped as "living free and easy, here without a worry" or so says Carrie Underwood- while we're young and beautiful. true, we are young, and some of us, beautiful but without worry? it is such a time where we feel accomplished. we have graduated college, we have gotten jobs, we have been promoted, we have moved out, we have gotten married. it is an era of many changes and challenges and definitely a time encouraging worry. each of these accomplishments come with that much more responsibility. the days of living free and easy have gone. gone with the dorms, gone with the grilled cheese thursdays, gone with the sleeping until 2pm, and gone with best friends living within 5 feet to 10 miles away. gone. come the apartments that cost an arm and a leg to rent, come the grilled cheese every days, come the going to sleep at 9pm, and come the gas money to visit your million miles away best friends.
