islamorada...

life has been moving along. busy with work and with entering into the spring summer months with cleaning/gardening, etc. but last week we got to take a little vacay from the ordinary and go down to the keys! this was a wiegold family vacation to the beautiful islamorada. the boys (joey, mike, and max) drove and towed the boat down, and the girls (katie, jaye, and me) flew- excuse me "jetted"... it was great.

it was primarily a fishing trip for the boys so we had a house that had a doc on a little inlet on the florida bay that led out into the ocean. there aren't really any beaches in the keys which is a bummer, but all in all it was a relaxing week in the sun. the boys fished and the girls laid out.  Katie and i also had tons of fun Kayaking seeing sharks and manatees! enjoy the pictures.
